During the time of social distancing under the weight of Covid-19, I ventured out to a neighborhood park, Scouter's Mountain. Though the seating areas were cordoned off, I could still paint the gorgeous view. As I strive to indicate the time and place in all my paintings, I borrowed the view of the blooming clover that was just 90 degrees from my vantage point. The deciduous trees had not yet leafed out, but provided a nice contrast to the evergreen midground.
